• Metrixel 2026.3.2: Motion Generation (Experimental). Describe a motion, get an animation.

  Metrixel 2026.3.2 introduces Motion Generation, an Experimental feature available on both the Standard and Professional plans. Simply describe the motion or action you want in plain English, and Metrixel will build it as an animation clip that you can preview, refine and save as GLB. (On Professional, you can use it for Motion Retargeting.) It runs on your machine — no cloud service or no uploads.

• EntVista Hub 2026.3.1 — Session control from the command line, calmer sign-in notices

  EntVista Hub 2026.3.1 ships alongside Metrixel 2026.3.1. For Metrixel, we have released its two new Professional features, Mesh-Aware Correction and Clipping Visualisation. For EntVista Hub, we also provide headless hosts with full control over their sessions and licence from the command line, along with replacing the pile of overnight "session expired" pop-ups with a single, clear notice.

• Metrixel 2026.3.1 — Mesh-Aware Correction: reduce clipping in retargeted motion, and inspect what remains

  Retargeting motion onto a different character can result in clipping. For example, an arm through the torso, a hand through a leg. All of this typically happens because the pose that worked for the source skeleton may not always fit the target's proportions. Metrixel's version 2026.3.1 adds Mesh-Aware Correction which evaluates retargeted poses against the target character's mesh and applies bounded pose corrections when it finds a verified improvement. On top of that, there is also Clipping Visualisation, which helps to show the parts where clipping remains afterwards.

• Metrixel 2026.3.0 — Motion Retargeting: one animation library, every character

  Metrixel 2026.3.0 introduces Motion Retargeting! Take any animation - whether it is a FBX clip, a BVH motion-capture take, or a glTF animation - and watch your character use the same motions and animations in a snap. The retargeted results also come back as a portable .glb, along with the same renders, meshes, and manifests which the rest of the pipeline produces. For anyone building 3D training data, this can be a game-changer. From a library of 300 motions and 40 characters, you can have a combination of 12,000 by running through Metrixel!

• EntVista Hub 2026.2.1 — Linux goes GA, headless CLI sign-in, and single sign-on

  Linux graduates from Preview to general availability — a fully supported, production-recommended platform alongside macOS and Windows. The headless command-line sign-in is GA too, and EntVista Hub is the single sign-on (SSO) authority for the whole EntertainmentVista Studio toolchain.

• Metrixel 2026.2.1 — Linux goes GA, plus precise animation frame control

  Linux graduates from Preview to general availability — a fully supported, production-recommended platform alongside macOS and Windows. Plus a complete animation frame-control toolkit: frame-range selection, frame subsampling, and true low-fps sampling, so you render exactly the frames your dataset needs and nothing more.

• EntVista Hub 2026.2.0 — Linux support and friendlier multi-device sign-in

  EntVista Hub now runs natively on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04 + RHEL 9 tarball), and signing in on a second device finally offers a clear choice instead of a generic error. Smoother session handoffs, immediate sign-outs, and headless install on every platform.

• Metrixel 2026.2.0 — Linux Preview, SDF export, and a command-line interface

  Our biggest release since launch — a Linux Preview (tarball, bundles EntVista Hub), signed-distance-field (SDF) export for machine-learning pipelines, a command-line interface for cloud training jobs, and headless install on every platform. If you're building image-to-3D models or shape representations, this release is for you.
